Very similar to ceremonial matcha, this premium matcha harvested from Japan (Kagoshima et Shizuoka prefectures) a beautiful green colour, a very fine texture, and a slightly more intense.
It is ideal for high-quality drinks (matcha latte, pure matcha), as well as for culinary uses where the flavour is not masked by overly strong ingredients.
Our products are certified organic by ECOCERT.
