Odeur de tarte tatin sortie du four, saveur de pommes beurrées. Mais, contrairement au thé "jour d'amour" qui a une base similaire, le thé est vite trop tannique si infusé longuement. La température d'infusion est difficile à atteindre, il est facile d'avoir un thé âpre et amer.
