Grain is what is removed from the bean after fermentation, separated from the unused skins. It is an antioxidant ‘superfood’ with a ‘boosting’ effect on the body.

This hot chocolate can be infused in water or milk, at your convenience.

The beans come from the private Hacienda Victoria plantation in the Guayaquil area, of western Ecuador. They are carefully harvested, then processed on site through fermentation, drying and sorting.
