What is bergamot? 

Bergamot is the fruit of the bergamot tree, which grows mainly in Italy. Most of the fruit is used to extract its essential oil. This essential oil is mainly known for its characteristic taste but also for its calming and relaxing virtues, which makes it a perfect ally against stress.

The flower petals are added at the end of the flavouring process. They decorate the blend to give it a pleasant visual, but do not add taste to the tea.

Finally, our Earl Grey Supérieur is flavoured with our unique steam flavouring process. This allows the flavours to remain faithful to the palate.
