What is Thé Oolong Milky made of?

Do you know the Thé Oolong Milky ? A very original tea that we are going to present you right here!
Like all Oolong teas, this one is semi-fermented. "Oolong" or "Wulong" means "black dragon" which comes from a Chinese legend, but it is often associated with the shape of the Oolong tea leaves which are shaped like small dragons... Oolong tea has become a specialty in China and Taiwan. It naturally develops notes of bread pudding, light cream...
Thé Oolong Milky is an oolong tea to which we add a natural milk aroma, in order to reinforce its naturally unctuous and milky notes. On the nose, it evokes fresh cream and sweet childhood flavors, such as butter.
When tasted, it reveals greedy flavors of pastries and of course fresh cream. Sweet, aromatic and smooth, this tea is perfect for a moment of intense pleasure with gourmet notes.
When to drink Oolong Milky ?
As we said, Thé Oolong Milky has a sweet creamy flavor and brings back fond memories of childhood.
It is ideal to drink in the afternoon for a little moment of pleasure, out of time.
How to brew the Oolong Milky?
How to prepare this Oolong Milky tea so that it releases all the splendor of its flavors? It is simple:
We advise you to let infuse 2 grams of tea during 3 minutes in a simmering water between 85 and 90°C.
But, we can't repeat it enough: the secret of a good tea is to enjoy it first!
You can shorten this time if you prefer a lighter taste, or lengthen it for a more intense result.
